- Standard PCB: FR4 ROHS, thickness below 1.6 mm, 35 um copper for each layer, PTH, LF HASL or OSP, 0.13mm track and gap, minimum hole size 0.3 mm, wet film both sides , legend 1/2 sides and X-out per IPC class II
- Freight charge not included.
- 100% E-test by flying probe.
- High density refers to the trace/gap less than 0.1mm or the hole size less than 0.25mm. For the board more than 8 layers, or with bury and blind holes, and impedence control requires separate quote.
- For special materials, such as high TG, AL base, Rogers, and others require separate quote
- Gold finish includes immersion gold, flash gold, and gold finger. Gold and nickle thickness as per IPC calss II.
- For board thickness more than 1.6mm, extra cost will be required.
- For copper thickness more than 2OZ, we require quote it individually .
- Special colors are the soldermask colors except for green, blue, black, and legend color except for white.
- For the unit size above 150cm2, pls use solution B.
Solution B: Low-Volume for R&D Company.
After finishing the preliminary design, many developers need more, but not much more PCBs for finish the final products. We provide a different solution for you. the volume is from 10pcs to 1000pcs, or total area below 5m2.
